Artisan syrups from the Pays de Herve
Syrups from family syrup makers: Nyssen in Aubel, Charlier, cooked over a wood fire, and Thomsin, in the heart of the Pays de Herve.
Breakfast and teatime
Artisan jams from Aubel, Liège waffles with pearl sugar and artisan apple juice from the Snoeck family in Melen, in the Pays de Herve.
Beers and spirits from the Liège region
The beers of the Abbey of Val-Dieu, brewed in Aubel, Val-Dieu liqueur, M.PEK peket and LièGin gin, distilled in Raeren.
