Belgian lards (marshmallows)

In Belgium, a “lard” (“spek” in Dutch) is a soft, marshmallow-like sweet. Chez Popol offers the classic Lard d’Anvers (Antwerp lard) and chocolate-coated lards (dark, milk, white) in cherry, pistachio, speculoos, coffee, chocolate mousse and coconut flavours, all in 200 g bags.
