These terms apply to purchases made on www.chezpopol.be. Different terms apply to purchases made in the shop.
14-day period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, tell us of your decision by email at info@chezpopol.be or by post, stating your order number and the items concerned. You may use the form below, but this is not compulsory.
Excluded products
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed food and drinks which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons;
- products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Returning items
Return the items no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to: Chez Popol, Rue de Battice 53, 4800 Petit-Rechain, Belgium. You can also bring them back to the shop. Return costs are at your expense. Items must be complete, in their original packaging and unopened.
Refund
We will refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal, including the original delivery costs (based on standard delivery). We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or proof that they have been sent back. The refund is made using the same means of payment as for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or non-conforming product
If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, send us a photo and a short description at info@chezpopol.be within 3 days of receipt. We will replace or refund it, including return costs. This does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee.
