Delivery is free for orders of €80 or more (incl. VAT) to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. For Spain and Italy, delivery charges apply whatever the order value.

Delivery charges
Below the free-delivery threshold, charges are calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the destination country. They are shown in the basket before payment.
Carrier and delivery times
Parcels are shipped with DPD. Most orders are prepared the same day. If a product is temporarily out of stock, preparation can take up to 7 working days. Once the parcel has been dispatched, DPD usually delivers within:
- 1 working day in Belgium;
- 2 to 4 working days in France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands;
- 4 to 6 working days in Spain and Italy.
Collection from the shop
You can also collect your order free of charge from our shop, Rue de Battice 53, Petit-Rechain, Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. Simply choose “Free collection from the shop” when you order and give your phone number: we will call you as soon as your order is ready.
Damaged parcel
Please check your parcel on receipt. If it is damaged, send us a photo and a short description at info@chezpopol.be within 3 days: we will find a solution.
