Dark chocolate cherry lard 200 g: a soft, coated sweet
In Belgium, “lard” (“spek” in Dutch) is the name for a marshmallow-type sweet: a light, soft mixture made from sugar syrup and gelatine. This version combines the softness of the lard with a dark chocolate and cherry-flavoured coating that adds a crunchy contrast.
