Chocolate in a Bottle combines the freshness and fine bubbles of a sparkling white wine, made from Blanc de Blancs, with a subtle chocolate flavour and the delicate aroma of hazelnut. According to the official Chocolate in a Bottle website, the Original version is 6.5% ABV; the brand is owned by the Belgian company Lumatop.
How to serve it
Serve it well chilled: the manufacturer recommends around 3 °C. It is excellent with fruit desserts, such as strawberries, pineapple or raspberries, and also goes well with a chocolate fondant or petits fours.
