Old-fashioned galettes: a traditional recipe
Galettes are a speciality of the Belgian waffle-making tradition: a batter cooked between two plates until it becomes a thin galette, golden and crisp at the edges. Their round shape and pronounced grid pattern recall the galettes that used to be made at home.
