LièGin Violette 50 cl is the special edition “LièGin à la Vraie Violette de Liège”, born from LièGin’s partnership with the famous Violette Gicopa. This floral gin offers seductive fragrances and unexpected notes reminiscent of childhood.
LièGin Violette 50 cl: aromas and composition
La Violette, the nickname given to Liège’s town hall in the Middle Ages, was an obvious choice for LièGin, which chose the Place du Marché as its emblem from the very start. Its delicate aroma recalls the violette, the Liège hard sweet, an authentic local speciality.
Ingredients: organic grain alcohol, natural extracts and flavourings from plants and spices; angelica, juniper berries, coriander, blueberry, blackberry, orange zest, liquorice, blackcurrant bark, almond, lime zest and Violette Gicopa.

How to serve LièGin Violette 50 cl
For colourful evenings, pair it with a neutral tonic, add a few crushed violet sweets, a twist of lemon zest and a mauve flower for the finishing touch.
The gin and tonic recipe
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in 4 to 5 cl of gin, top up with 15 to 20 cl of well-chilled tonic and stir gently. Add the garnish at the last moment.
LièGin, the gin that puts Liège in a bottle

LièGin gins are distilled in Raeren, at the Radermacher distillery, which has more than 175 years of experience. The “Chiara” bottle is dressed in a sleeve fitted by a Liège company, applied after passing through a steam oven heated to 90 °C.
