The organic fucus distillate, a seaweed rich in iodine-like flavours, evokes salty sea spray and sand underfoot. Thyme, sage and rosemary bring a herbaceous touch, like a light breeze over the dunes.

The gin and tonic recipe
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in 4 to 5 cl of gin, top up with 15 to 20 cl of well-chilled tonic and stir gently. Add the garnish at the last moment.
LièGin, the gin that puts Liège in a bottle

LièGin gins are distilled in Raeren, at the Radermacher distillery, which has more than 175 years of experience. The “Chiara” bottle is dressed in a sleeve fitted by a Liège company, applied after passing through a steam oven heated to 90 °C.
