LièGin Val-Dieu 50 cl was born of a collaboration written in the stars: in 2016, the Cistercian abbey of Val-Dieu celebrated its 800th anniversary, the very year LièGin came into being.

True to its promise to “put Liège in a bottle”, LièGin has made a name for itself with exclusive collaborations, such as its floral gin made with Gicopa violet. This edition pays tribute to the abbey of Val-Dieu, in Aubel, in the heart of the Pays de Herve (Herve region).

How to serve LièGin Val-Dieu 50 cl
Serve it as a gin and tonic with a neutral tonic and a twist of orange zest, or introduce it alongside a Val-Dieu beer.
The gin and tonic recipe
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in 4 to 5 cl of gin, top up with 15 to 20 cl of well-chilled tonic and stir gently. Add the garnish at the last moment.
LièGin, the gin that puts Liège in a bottle
A pioneering brand of Liège-style gin, LièGin was born in 2016 with the promise to “put Liège in a bottle”. Distilled in Raeren
LièGin gins are distilled in Raeren, at the Radermacher distillery, which has more than 175 years of experience. The “Chiara” bottle is dressed in a sleeve fitted by a Liège company, applied after passing through a steam oven heated to 90 °C.
