Ingredients :

Concentrated fruit juice 65%: pears, apples, dates, sugar 35%, acidifying agent: citric acid.

Prepared with 400g of fruit per 100g of syrup with added sugar.

Syrup de Liège can be kept for up to 3 years at room temperature.
