Charlier Syrup is a 100% natural product, made from local apples and pears, with no additives whatsoever: there is no added sugar, gelatine, pectin or any other fruit other than apples and pears in our vats.
Siroperie Charlier is one of the last companies to use traditional wood-fired cooking methods. The work is certainly much harder, but this method of cooking guarantees an authentic taste that is totally different from other products.
