Description
A natural product obtained by reducing the juice of cooked pears and apples over a high heat, with no added sugar or other products.
Production is seasonal, as we use fresh seasonal fruit. During September and October, the syrup factory operates at full capacity to produce as much syrup as possible to keep stocks for the whole year or more.
Thanks to our respect for the family recipe and the selection of apples and pears, the syrup can be kept for over 10 years, and even up to 20 years without any problem.
